Make a Plan

A study plan should fit the week you actually have. Start with the next deadline, then break the work into sessions that end with a visible result: a solved problem, a paragraph draft, or a set of questions.

Plan backwards

Put the final task on the calendar. Set an earlier date for a rough attempt and one more for review. A plan that includes checking your work is more useful than a list of reading hours.

Keep a small margin

Unexpected work and tired days happen. Leave some unscheduled time so one missed session does not break the entire plan.
